Most of our clients walk in feeling nervous, unsure and convinced they won’t be able to do it. Adult classes are designed specifically for adult beginners with dedicated adult classes. Most of our clients are in their 20s-40s starting from scratch.

We’ll guide you step by step in a supportive, beginner friendly environment and you’ll be surprised by what your body can do.

Pricing and memberships

Adults- Trial class $33, Memberships $33 per week for one class, $66 per week for two classes $99 per week for unlimited.
